THE WAY OF TAO with Rev. Don Beaudreault will have an additional (and final) class session on Saturday, March 13 from 9:30 - 12:00 in Waters Hall. Taoism refers to a variety of related traditions that have influenced East Asia for over two thousand years. The word "Tao" means "path" or "way" and Taoist ethics emphasize compassion, moderation and humility. The class will focus on eight basic principles of Taoism which allow us to live a more abundant life. The major text will be The Tao of Abundance by Laurence G. Boldt. Reading this book is not required. There will be handouts. All are welcome!
