Adult Exploration Programs of the UU Congregation of Venice provide a learning environment through courses that value religious freedom, encourage open dialogue on questions of faith, and offer encouragement, assistance, guidance, and support to each individual in his/her search for a personal philosophy/theology to live by.
Our offerings include Sunday Forums, classes to enrich your spiritual journey, monthly discussions groups on various topics, and more.

Summer Adult Exploration Offerings
The UUCOV Adult Exploration Committee is pleased to offer you this list of opportunities to expand your horizons and meet new people during the 2012 Summer season. Our offerings include outings, movies, classes, monthly discussion groups on various topics and more. You can check the Adult Exploration's Summer Brochure for descriptions and sign up details. Kandampa Meditation Classes
Kadampa Meditation Center Florida is offering meditation classes each Wednesday at 5:30pm in Waters Hall. The one-hour program begins with a guided relaxation meditation, followed by a teaching based on the topic of the series and finishes with a second meditation based on the teaching. The theme for the May & June series is "Feeling Fearless." In this series the inner causes of fear are discussed. We learn meditation techniques, and emphasize applying the teachings and meditations to our life in practical ways. As a result we free our mind of fears and can feel confident amidst life's uncertainties. The cost of each class is $10.00. Reservations are not needed, drop-ins Welcome!
